5.2 Deposit Processing. Bank transfers submitted during banking hours on business days are typically credited within five minutes. Transfers submitted outside banking hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays) may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed 24/7 and are typically instant.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are only available to Members who have completed KYC verification. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours. Silver-tier VIP members enjoy 12-hour processing; Gold-tier VIP members receive express 6-hour processing.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on bigo88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bigo88 does not accept deposits or pay withdrawals in any other currency.

7.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on bigo88 are final once confirmed. bigo88 reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's account without interest.
7.2 Sports Betting. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bigo88 will attempt to resolve the round based on server-side logs. Where a round cannot be definitively resolved, stakes will be returned.
7.5 E-Sports. Bets on e-sports events (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and others) are subject to official match results as verified by the tournament organizer. Walk-overs, forfeits, and disqualifications are settled in accordance with the e-sports rules published on the Platform.
